The main chemical composition of brown corundum is AL2O3, with a content of 94.5% to 97%, and a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti, etc. It has a dense texture, high hardness, and spherical particles. It is suitable for the manufacture of ceramics, resin high-consolidation abrasives, as well as grinding, polishing, sandblasting, casting, etc. It can also be used to manufacture refractory materials.
