Brown fused alumina is mainly made of bauxite and is smelt at high temperature with some auxiliary raw materials. The brown fused alumina has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, and corrosion resistance. This product has the characteristics of no explosion, no powdering, and no cracking during the application process, and is often used in abrasives, grinding tools, and refractory raw materials industries.

Application:
1. It can be ground freely, mainly suitable for free grinding in the fields of picture tubes, optical glass, single crystal silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade, etc.
2. Resin abrasives–the abrasive has good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention, and is applied to resin abrasives with ideal results;
3. Coated abrasives–generally used in gauze and sandpaper industries;
4. Sandblasting –the abrasive has moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, high specific gravity, good toughness, and is an ideal “environmentally friendly” sandblasting material, widely used in aluminum profiles, copper profile glass, washed denim molds and other fields;
5. Functional fillers–mainly used in automotive brake parts, special tires, special building products, etc. It can be used as a wear-resistant material for the construction of highway pavements, runways, docks, parking lots, industrial floors, sports venues, etc.
